Medical Malpractice Case Study
John Singleton represented the family of a 32 year old electrician who had developed a liver disease as a result of exposure to chemicals while in the Navy. Although he had insurance and his wife had insurance through her job, the HMO that covered him refused to authorize a liver transplant that was necessary to save his life.
